Gwynedds SS12

I've just been introduced to this TRES cute brand Gwynedds. The Spring Summer 12 collection is a pretty mix of pastels, sweets and sugary shades! I think what I love most about this brand is its versatility and ease of wear. The opportunity's are endless. Think the beach, the gym, shoppng, a date...the list goes on!
These shades are key at the moment, and will continue to grow into Summer so invest!

'Fashion doesn't have to be complicated' - Gwynedds

Comfortable, cutesy, colourful, and contemporary!

Check some of my favourite pieces...

The layering of these pastels make this outfit perfect!

A casual hoodie over a cutesy dress makes it perfect for chic-gymwear!!

How sweet are they?!

Head Jewellery

Hey Kitties

Sorry i'm not writing much at the moment, I have 8000 words to write and a fashion show to style in 10 days! #STRESS

Anyway I thought I would update you all on my new love of head jewellery, in fact any sort of non traditional jewellery. I'm talking arm cuffs, head jewellery, slave bracelets, anything!

My friend Lexie had a house party and I wore this...

Top-Topshop/Socks-Asos/Shoes-Demonia Creepers/Head Jewellery-Miss Selfridge/Arm cuff-Miss Selfridge

I got these two head jewels for £1 each from Miss Selfridge. Bargain of the century!! They also have loads of arm cuffs and body chains in there for so cheap. The one above i'm wearing is just £2!

Which is your favourite?
Hope you're all having a lovely weekend.

Stay Cute

Barbie Jewellery

Currently at university we are putting on a huge fashion show to raise money to help the fashion students to showcase their work next year. I will make a more detailed post on the whole show when it has been, but I wanted to show you a couple of the necklaces we have put together.

The theme of the whole show is 'Freak Like Me' promoting individuality with the underlying message that everyone should be accepted for who they are. A percentage of the profits will be donated to an anti bullying charity! I am on the styling team and I have seen a lot of Barbie jewellery around at the moment, and i think it looks great and is so simple and yet really effective for the catwalk.

The theme is split into three categories: Freak Doll/Fetish/Alien. This is one of the dolls created into a necklace simple with ribbon around her neck a string glove and will be used on the catwalk for fetish.

These ones have colour in their hair and will be used on the Freak Doll section on the catwalk. We will then sell the dolls on the night to raise more money for anti-bullying charities.

We managed to get in the newspaper to gain more awareness on the event.

These are a few of the other jewellery that I was inspired by.

The event will be on the 27th March at the Black Bottom Club in Northampton. It would be great if any of you could make it.
